“You’re from a sunny region so you can’t enjoy AC” – O.A. Travel & Tour Driver tells passengers

A Facebook user by name Mckenzie Akutam John has taken to social media to lament on the poor service rendered them aboard one O.A. Travel & Tours with car no. GT-5688-17.
According to him, they were travelling from Sunyani to Accra and as it’s required in most of this executive buses, the Air Conditioner must be turned on.
However, the driver refused to turn on the AC, telling the passengers that they’re from a sunny region so they can endure without the A.C.
As if that isn’t enough, the driver didn’t stop on the way for the passengers to at least ease themselves as it’s the norm always.
Mckenzie Akutam John is hence demanding for justice. He said that their demand is an apology and dismissal of the Driver of the said car that occurred on Sunday.
Taking to his FB wall, McKenzie wrote:
“O.A travelling and Tours told its customers from Bolga to Accra in their executive bus with car no. GT-5688-17 that they are from a sunny region so they can’t enjoy AC. Indeed the driver neither stopped at their usual stopping point nor give the passengers AC until the Journey ended in Accra. We demand justice .
Our demand is an apology and dismissal of the Driver of the said car that occurred on Sunday.”
