Former president JA Kufour is celebrating his birthday today and Actress, Yvonne Nelson took advantage of it to name him as the best president in the history of Ghana.
The Ex President stood as the New Patriotic Party’s candidate at the 1996 election in the fourth republic, and then led it to victory in 2000 and 2004. Having served two terms,he was no longer legible for the presidency in 2008.
During his reign between 2001 – 2009, he led Ghana to Participate in the World Bank/IMF HIPC initiative, Successfully denominated the Ghana Cedis, Launched the US$50million Microfinance & Small Loans (MASLOC) fund and many more.
With this achievements, Yvonne Nelson Thinks there is no match for him when it comes to ranking all the presidents that served the country.
