New Delhi, Sep 17 (IANS) Delhi’s Stir Road Court on Saturday allowed the Counter Defilement Branch (ACB) four-day police guardianship of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan regarding the Delhi Waqf Board join case.

Amanatullah was put nabbed by the ACB on Friday. The ACB had looked for 14-day police guardianship of Amanatullah, however the court in the wake of hearing the contentions allowed four-day care of the AAP pioneer.

It has been claimed that while functioning as the Administrator of Delhi Waqf Board, Amanatullah wrongfully enlisted 32 people abusing all standards and government rules. He has been blamed for enjoying debasement and bias.

The then Chief of Delhi Waqf Board had given an update against such unlawful enlistments.
