Abbie is a 23-year-old professional dancer, who received burns of the third degree, and her face and limbs were in danger of being severely scarred despite the efforts of her medical team. Abbie is popularly known to be the girlfriend of Pritchard who is also a dancer. Abbie was initially sent to the acute care unit, but the next day she was moved to the burns unit which specializes in treating patients with her condition.

Quick-thinking AJ, 26, extinguished the flames and then called 999; however, after learning that it would be some time until an ambulance arrived, he and his brother Curtis took Abbie to the emergency room themselves.
Despite Abbie’s astonishment and the amount of agony she was in, AJ acted quickly to put out the fire with a damp dish towel. Even though he was shaking with fear himself, AJ did all in his power to save her from being burned.
