Alvin Yeo Khirn Hai was born on 28 March 1962 in Singapore. He was a lawyer and politician by profession. He graduated from the King’s College London with a first degree in law. He became the chairman and senior partner of WongPartnership LLP, which was a law firm.
Alvin Yeo was also a member of the board of directors of Valencia Club de Fútbol, a professional football club in the Spanish league. He remained a director of the football club from 2014 till he died in 2022.
In his political career, he was a member of the People’s Action Party who served as the Member of Parliament for Hong Kah GRC from 2006 to 2015 and then finally retired from politics.
Alvin Yeo died on 30 July 2022 at the age of sixty years as a result of cancer.
