Boyd Endowed Scholarship in Performing Arts at his alma mater, Southeast Missouri State University. Regrettably, he passed away in 2018 at the age of 42, at his mother’s residence in Sikeston, Missouri. The cause of death, as determined by a coroner, was heart and kidney failure, exacerbated by liver disease.
