Andrew John Leonard Fletcher popular known as Fletch was born on July 8, 1961, in Nottingham. He was a keyboard player, DJ, and founding member of the electronic band Depeche Mode.
Andrew Fletcher formed Depeche Mode with Vince Clarke in Basildon, Essex, in 1980. Fletcher was inducted into the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall Of Fame in 2020 with bandmates Dave Gahan and Martin L. Gore.

Fletcher was born to Joy and John Fletcher and was the eldest of their four children.
Andrew Fletcher died leaving his wife, Grainne Mullan and their two children.
