Andy Fletcher sometimes called Fletch was an English keyboard player, Disc Jockey, and a founding member of the electronic band Depeche Mode. Fletcher got inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame when he was a member of Depeche Mode.
Andy was born on 8 July 1961 in Nottingham, England.
He was the eldest son of his parents Joy and John Fletcher. He had three younger innings. His family relocated to Basildon when he was in his second year ( 2 years old).
At an early age, he became an active member of the local Boy Brigade primarily playing football.
It was through his youth organization that he met one of the Depeche Mode members Vince Clarke. They two worked together to get some non-believers to their church, this was recalled when they were both interviewed.

Fletcher married his long-time girlfriend Grainne Mullan on 16 January 1993. The couple has lived the rest of their lives together since each is enjoying the company of the other.
The couple is blessed with two children, Megan and Joe.
