Broja joined Chelsea’s academy in 2009 after a two-year stay with Tottenham. In 2017-18, he won the domestic treble of the U18 Premier League, U18 Premier League Cup, and FA Youth Cup with the under-18 team. In 2019-20, he won the Premier League 2 with the under-23s, scoring three goals in ten matches.
Broja signed his first professional contract with the club on February 26th, 2020, after agreeing to a two-year deal. He made his professional debut on March 8th, coming on as a substitute in the 86th minute in place of Olivier Giroud in a 4-0 Premier League win over Everton.
Broja agreed on a season-long loan with Vitesse on August 21, 2020. In a 2-0 win over Sparta Rotterdam on September 19, he scored his first ever league goal.
