Ghana’s “bad boy” actor Kweku Elliot has shared a picture of himself relaxing on some Shisha smokes even at a time Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has asked government to place a ban on the smoking of Shisha.
The Kumasi based University In its public document has said Government should look at either completely banning Shisha smoking or increasing taxes on it to deter young people from using it because it could be detrimental against people’s health and could stall Ghana’s Coronavirus fight.
However, it looks as though even as we battle Coronavirus which is never friendly to our lungs, actor Kweku Elliot is having none of that as he blows some Shisha smokes in the air in new photo.
