Celebrated comedian Teacher Kwadwo has said that after he completed High School in 2007 he stayed home for seven years before he could continue his education MyNewsGh.com can report.

According to him, it was not because he did not have the financial muscle to further his studies but rather because he failed woefully in his WASSCE.

Teacher Kwadwo who spoke on celebrity pulpit said his dream was to attend Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology but that dream could not be realized after several rounds of Nov/Dec.

He said he was advised to opt for Teacher Training College by his grandparent; a move which didn’t sit down well with him but had to compromise under the circumstance.

“I almost gave up with life but God has a way of doing things. When I completed SHS in 2007, I stayed home for seven good years. My results were bad and my first three Nov/Dec also did not end up well. My fourth attempt gave made my certificates number up to five. My dream was to attend KNUST so I stayed home for a very long time.

But because what you think is not God’s vision for you, while I was still at home, God had a plan for me. My grandparent came to me one day and suggested I go to the Teacher Training College then from there I can go to the University of my choice. But I told him I did not like Teacher Training because of the stories I had heard about the place. I was heartbroken but I had to give it a shot,” he said in a video sighted by MyNewsGh.com.
