Regina Elaine Belle is the elder sister of Bernard Belle. She was born on July 17, 1963, also in Englewood, New Jersey, United States. She is an American singer and songwriter known for her two hit duets, Without You and A Whole New World, which she did with Peabo Bryson.
Regina Belle was previously married to Horace Alexander Young from 1985 to 1990 and is currently married to John Battle, a pastor in Atlanta, since 1991. She has five children.
Belle successfully battled a brain tumour in 2009 and is currently deaf in the left ear.
