Abraham “Bram” Peper was born on 13 February 1940. He was a Dutch retired politician. Peper was a member of the Labor party.
He completed the HBS and pursued social sciences in the University of Amsterdam. He graduated in the year 1965. Prior to that, he studied economy and sociology from the University of Oslo wehre he graduated in the 1963/64 academic year. He continued to pursue hs academic journey, hence he furthered to offer his Ph.D. at the Nederlandse Economische Hogeschool which is currently known as Erasmus University Rotterdam. Peper graduated with Ph.D. in the year 1972.
In the early days of 1999, some rumors were making trends that Peper had made some incorrect declarations while he was the mayor of Rotterdam. The following year on 13 March 2000, Peper submitted a resignation letter and resigned as minister.
