With four game starts, involvement in all 16 games, and 41 tackles, Facyson completed his second season.

Brandon did not sign an NLI because he enrolled in Virginia Tech in January 2013 after finishing high school very early. He participated in team workouts during the offseason and was recognized as the best defensive newcomer throughout spring training. He participated in the team’s first spring scrimmage, making four tackles and two pass breakups and in the second scrimmage, he intercepted a ball and added another breakup, and in the final scrimmage, he recorded two tackles and a breakup. Brandon was involved in three tackles and one pass breakup at the spring game.
