Norwegian tennis player Casper Ruud achieved his maiden ATP victory at the Argentina Open in Buenos Aires. Casper started playing tennis with his father when he was about four years old. He had a fruitful youth career and was the first Norwegian to be named the top junior player in the world.
Ruud Asselt won his first ATP title in February 2020, at the Argentina Open in Buenos Aires. He also became the first Norwegian player to reach a Grand-Slam final in 2022, and made history at the French Open. In 2021, Ruud won five medals at the Rio Olympics and significantly raised his rating.

Casper Ruud was born on December 22, 1998, in Oslo, Norway. Casper’s father is Christan Ruud, a former ATP professional. Christian Ruud had the highest ranking of any Norwegian player during his entire professional career. His career-high ranking was No. 39.
Lele Ruud is his mother, and he has two sisters named Caroline and Charlotte. Lele, despite of her status, has decided to lead a secret life, hence little is known about her. One thing is certain, though: she has consistently stood by her kid throughout his entire journey.
