Former coach and trainer, Cus D’Amato was Constantine D’Amato on 17th January 1908 from The Bronx situated in New York, United States. It must be also noted that he is from an Italian-American family. Cus D’Amato’s sudden death happened on 4th November 1985 at the Mount Sinai Hospital, New York in the United States.
