The organizers of the 2022 Ride London-Essex 100 charity event have revealed that a rider, age 41, passed away while taking part.

Valentin Buliga, a North West London resident of Romanian descent, experienced a heart attack at about the 49-mile mark close to Stebbings Green.

The owner of a real estate and building company received prompt medical attention from nearby riders and medical personnel.

But he never regained consciousness, and on June 22, he passed away in a hospital.

John Jorja, who spoke on behalf of Valentin’s family, remarked that Valentin enjoyed cycling and was ecstatic the morning before the competition. He was a wonderful guy, friend, and coworker. After he went away, he very kindly offered others the gift of life.

They examined every aspect of health, therapies that were accessible, and the root causes of medical issues. Doctors studying the causes of disease discovered that nutrition and way of life made the biggest contributions to health.
