David Crosby joined hands with Graham Nash and Stephen Stills to form Crosby, Stills & Nash. Before recording their second album, which is after releasing the first album, and receiving a Grammy Award for Best New Artist, Déjà Vu, Neil Young joined the band for live performances; their second show was at Woodstock. Crosby & Nash, who wanted to be a band that could freely interact, released three gold albums in 1970, and the core trio of CSN continued to perform until 2016. Crosby, Stills, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (CSNY) reunions took place in each decade from the 1970s through the 2000s.
