Davido reportedly paid $100,000 to feature Lil Baby on his So Crazy song

Davido’s So Crazy song with Lil Baby has sparked a lot of conversations ever since it was released.

There has been arguments as to if the song lived up to its hype. A lot of critics have said that Lil Baby has performed below belt whiles others also think the song and the music video are on point.

Well, it is emerging that Davido paid a whooping sum of $100,000 to the American musician before he featured on his song.

This is coming after the rapper went ranting on Twitter this morning. He revealed that he now wants to concentrate on his album, hence, he won’t be doing any more features for the time being.

His tweet was offensive to OBO fans who thought Lil Baby was shading Davido.

“It was fun while it lasted ? No More features from Lil Baby ✌? #albummode”, he tweeted.

His post got him a lot of backlash from Davido’s fans, mostly Nigerians who reminded Lil Baby they never heard of him until the singer featured him.

It is although not clear if there is any rancor between the duo, but general opinion has it that Lil Baby’s performance on the So Crazy track is below expectation.

Critics are however of the opinion that the US rapper should be grateful he was featured on the song and not otherwise.

Taking to his Twitter page, Lil Baby went further to insinuate that he was paid $100,000 for the song and he wouldn’t have rejected that.

He wrote:
