He played on two basketball and three football teams that won state titles. As a senior, Milne caught 23 catches for 408 yards and eight touchdowns, earning him a spot on the Salt Lake Tribune’s second-team 6A All-State.
Milne rejected scholarship offers from Southern Utah and Weber State in favour of playing collegiate football as a walk-on at BYU.
