He played school football at BYU and was drafted by Washington in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
He was an individual from three state title groups in football and two in a ball. As a senior Milne was named second group 6A All-State by the Salt Lake Tribune subsequent to getting 23 passes for 408 yards and eight touchdowns.
Milne picked to play school football at BYU as a favoured stroll on over grant offers from Southern Utah and Weber State.
Milne played in 10 games with three beginnings in his green bean season and completed the year with 69 yards and one score on 10 receptions. Milne was granted a grant three weeks into his rookie year.
