Lady Deborah Anne James (1 October 1981 – 28 June 2022) was an English writer, instructor, web recording host, and noble cause campaigner from London.

In 2016, she was diagnosed with incurable bowel cancer and proceeded to have the You, Me and the Big C digital broadcast on BBC Radio 5 Live about her battles with her sickness.

James was born in London to Heather and Alistair James. She went to Salesian School, Chertsey, later proceeding to concentrate on financial aspects at the University of Exeter.

Her mom was a tumbling mentor, and James prepared at Woking Gymnastics Club. By the age of 9, she was preparing 30 hours per week. James wedded Sebastien Bowen in 2008; the couple had two youngsters.

In her last days, James inhabited her folks’ home in Woking, Surrey, where she kicked the bucket on 28 June 2022, matured 40, from cancer.

At the hour of her passing, her gathering pledges site bowelbabe.org had amassed almost £7 million to subsidize “clinical preliminaries and investigation into customized medication for disease patients and supporting efforts to bring issues to light of inside cancer”.
