Actor and singer Diego Felipe Bertie Brignardello were of Peruvian and British ancestry. He played roles in theatre, film, and television. He recently finished the 2018 release of the movie Qué difcil es amar (How difficult is it to love).
He went to Markham College in Lima, Peru, and sang for the pop group Imágenes in the middle of the 1980s.
With his university friends, he founded the pop rock band Images, which in 1988 released its first album, Our Version, which included the hits “New faces,” “The good times,” and “Just once more.
At the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, he left his administration studies to pursue psychology.
He made his acting debut in the Annie production that was performed in Peru. Then, in 1990, he made his television debut with shows like Canela, Natacha, and The Man Who Must Die.
