DMK to hold general council meeting on Oct 9 to appoint top leadership

Chennai, Sep 29 (IANS) Tamil Nadu’s decision DMK will hold the party general gathering meeting on October 9 to select its top office conveyors.

In an explanation, DMK senior general secretary S. Duraimurugan said that the activity is to choose the President, General Secretary, Financial officer, and review board of trustees individuals.

In the party, the president, general secretary, and financier posts are by and large chosen unopposed and there are no potential outcomes of an adjustment of that framework.

Sources in the DMK told IANS that M. Appavu, who is one of the six review advisory group individuals from the party, won’t challenge this time as he is now the Speaker of the state Administrative Get together.
