Sardar Dost Muhammad Mazari was born on August 15, 1980. He is a Pakistani politician who served as the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Provincial Assembly from August 2018 to July 2022 before being removed via a motion of no confidence. Sardar has served in the Punjab Provincial Assembly since August 2018. From 2008 to 2013, he was a member of Pakistan’s National Assembly. In the 2008 Pakistani general election, he was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan from Constituency NA-175 (Rajanpur-II) as a candidate of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

Sardar defeated Sardar Nasrullah Khan Dreshak with 78,427 votes. In the 2013 Pakistani general election, he ran as an independent candidate for the seat of the National Assembly from Constituency NA-175. Sardar received 73,885 votes but was defeated by Hafeez Ur Rehman. In the 2018 Pakistani general election, he was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Constituency PP-297 (Rajanpur-V). Following his election, the PTI appointed him as Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly. Sardar was elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly on August 16, 2018. Sardar received 187 votes to Malik Muhammad Waris Kallu’s 159 votes.
