Emil Henry Kristoffer Krafth, is a Swedish professional footballer, whose both parents, known as Pelle and Pernilla, were football players. He was born on August 2, 1994, and currently plays for both the Sweden national team and Premier League side Newcastle United.

Krafth made an appearance as an unused substitute, in Helsingborgs’ opening game of the 2012 campaign, a 2-0 victory over AIK in the Svenska Supercupen.

He made his Helsingborgs debut a month later on April 27, 2012, against Mjällby, starting the entire game in a 1-1 tie. Manager Conny Karlsson lauded Krafth’s efforts after the game.

He then participated in the team’s following three games, appearing in two of them and recording two clean sheets. However, Krafth had an injury that kept him out for weeks.

He didn’t return until the club’s lone goal against IFK Norrköping on July 28, 2012, a 2-1 loss. He then started a game in the UEFA Europa League for the first time.

Krafth made his first appearance of the 2013 campaign and started the entire game, in a Svenska Cupen matchup against Assyriska that ended in a 1-1 tie.

It wasn’t until 18 April 2013 that he made his first league appearance of the year, starting the entire match and assisting on Helsingborgs’ first goal in a 4-1 victory over IFK Norrköping after suffering a knee injury while on international service.
