Ena Shibahara is a Japanese professional tennis player, who was born in Mountain View, California, United States, on February 12, 1998, she is known for playing doubles.

Shibahara competed in her first five doubles competitions of the year, in which she partnered with Hayley Carter, who won two titles and advanced to another final.

As a result, her doubles ranking increased from 205 at the start of the year to 98 on May 20th, breaking into the top 100. Prior to competing in her first competition with Shuko Aoyama in August at the Silicon Valley Classic in San Jose, Shibahara, she initially competed in tournaments with eight different partners, reaching the final.

Shibahara stated in her words, “Our chemistry was spot on from the beginning, where I would set her up from the baseline and she just moves all over the net.” Shibahara and Aoyama participated in five additional competitions in 2019 and won their first two championships at the Tianjin Open.
