Erick Adame is a Meteorologist from New York City who was served with a firing notice from his job after it was confirmed that he appeared on a Webcam website portraying a gay outlook at the time. At the American cable network Spectrum News NY1, weather reporter Erick Adame was employed.
What is so fascinating about the whole story is that, Eric Adame has filed a lawsuit against the website with the outright belief that it was a clear indication of altercating or invading into his privacy. But in another case Eric Adame seems to appease himself with a statement he made in public concerning the incident.
“But let me be clear, I don’t apologize for being openly gay or for being sex-positive-those are gifts and I have no shame about them” he said
“I have recently been terminated from my job as the meteorologist at Spectrum News NY1 in NYC. I am taking this opportunity to share my truth rather than let others control the narrative of my life,” Adame continued
