Nigerian Hiphop sensation, Erigga Paperboi, is not happy with the increase in the prices of goods and services in his country.
Taking to Twitter, he complained about how the prices of cigarettes have increased from 250 Naira (about 4 cedis) to 500 naira (about GHS7).
He quizzed that: “Even to die young is now expensive in this country?”
Obviously, Erigga was just trying to be sarcastic.
But the truth of the matter is, fuel prices in Nigeria are currently on the hike. Hence, all businesses that depend on transport are also having a proportionate increase in prices of their goods and services.
