Fat Joe mentions his all time best African artist & Akon reacts

American rapper and actor from the Bronx, New York – Joseph Antonio Cartagena better known by his stage name Fat Joe – has mentioned his best African artist.

In an Instagram live video with Akon, Fat Joe made mention of his favourite African star.

According to Fat Joe, his all-time favourite African artist is Burna Boy. He explained that he just likes his vibe and lyrical prowess.

Akon in his reaction made mention of some characteristics of the African Giant that makes him stand out among his peers.

He said Burna has been able to fuse late Nigerian Afrobeat legend – Fela Kuti’s vibe into a modern day message.

Akon said Burna Boy preaches old messages in modern form, making the lyrics of his songs very deep.

Undoubtedly, Burna Boy deserves such accolades.

Since his break through into the world, Burna has managed to maintain fine form by dropping hits upon hit songs to his fans across the globe.
