Suva, Sep 12 (IANS) Fijian Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama said the country’s expansion rate is probably going to drop to 5 percent by year-end, 3.1 percent in 2023, and 2.4 percent in 2024, state media gave an account of Monday.
“We are positive enough that the oil costs will drop too over the course of the following couple of months,” Xinhua news organization cited the Prime Minister as saying.

Fiji’s expansion rate was moderately high during the last part of the 2021-22 monetary year on account of Covid-19 limitations and the continuous Russia-Ukraine war, Bainimarama said.
