The list of nominees at 2020 Soul Train Music Awards has been unveiled today, 11th November 2020.

Ghana’s Shatta Wale has got a nod with Beyonce in the Best dance performance category with their song Already.

The Soul Train Music Awards is an annual music awards show which previously aired in national broadcast syndication, and honors the best in African-American culture music and entertainment.

The show will simulcast on BET, BET Her, VH1 and MTV2 at 8 p.m. ET. A one-hour pre-show will air at 7 p.m. ET. The main show will be followed by the broadcast television debut of DJ Cassidy’s virtual series Pass the Mic.

Connie Orlando, BET’s EVP specials, music programming & music strategy, will executive produce the show, along with Jesse Collins, CEO of Jesse Collins Entertainment, and that company’s Jeannae Rouzan-Clay and Dionne Harmon.

The show will air on BET Africa on Nov. 29, BET France on Dec. 1, BET UK on Dec. 2 and BET South Korea on Dec. 2.
