Ghana police arrest armed robbers who attacked and shot traders in Alaba, Kumasi
Background:
It was yet again another sad day for traders in Kumasi as armed robbers stormed Alabar in a broad daylight robbery this afternoon just a few days after a 62 years old man was shot dead at Asuadee (also a suburb of Kumasi) while performing ablution at a filling station.
Robbers attacked a spare parts shop located at the High Street of Alabar leaving the spare parts dealer in bloody death. Videos secured by residents indicate some men on motorbikes firing shots into the air in an attempt to disperse people around as they carried out the operation.
Even though the police are yet to launch any form of investigation about the incident the residents are charging to trace and arrest the robbers as they are currently leaving in fear.
