The government of Ghana togeher with the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) are taking steps to settle some aggrieved Menzgold investors with a little off their investments.
EOCO has seized a number of lands belonging to Nana Appiah Mensah in Accra, Kasoa and Prampram, including six luxurious houses and 43 cars comprising Mitsubishi Pajeros, Range Rovers, Mercedes Benz, Toyota land cruiser V8 just to mention few.
A number of bank accounts have also been frozen by EOCO with some having huge sums of monies in it.
We are told the government and EOCO are waiting for the fate of NAM1 regarding his pending prosecution in Dubai to ascertain whether or not they should set the ball rolling to pay off the investors.
