At the 2018 Luxembourg Open, Minnen made her WTA Tour debut in the doubles draw with Alison Van Uytvanck. They prevailed in two sets over Vera Lapko and Mandy Minella to win the championship.
Greet Minnen competed in a second WTA tournament doubles final in May 2021, losing to Nina Stojanovic and Alexandra Krunic in Belgrade. Minnen won the Luxembourg Open in September 2021, her second WTA doubles championship, again teaming with Van Uytvanck.
