Haris Rauf, who was born in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan, on 7 November 1993, is known to be a cricket player for Pakistan. On October 5, 2018, he played his first Twenty20 match for the Lahore Qalandars in the 2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy, and made his cricketing debut for Pakistan at the international level, in January 2020.

Rauf was chosen for the Baluchistan team to compete in the Pakistan Cup in March 2019. On April 2, 2019, he participated in the 2019 Pakistan Cup for Baluchistan, making his List A debut.

He was listed as one of the six players to watch by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in October 2019 in advance of the National T20 Cup competition for the 2019–20 season.

In May 2020, he was given a central contract by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the 2020–2021 season under the newly established Emerging Players category.

During the COVID-19 epidemic, in June 2020, he was selected to be part of a 29-person team for Pakistan’s visit of England.

Rauf was one of three Pakistani players to test positive for COVID-19 on June 22, 2020, although he was advised to enter a period of self-isolation despite not having previously displayed any viral symptoms. After providing five out of six COVID-19 positive test results in the previous month, Rauf was replaced in Pakistan’s squad by Mohammad Amir.
