Big Brother Naija formerly known as Big Brother Nigeria, is a TV Reality Show based on the Big Brother television franchise, in which the contestants also known as the housemates live in an isolated house and compete for a large cash prize worth N60,000,000 and other material gifts at the end of the season by avoiding eviction before the end of the show.
Big Brother Naija has produced a lot of notable stars like Tobi Bakre an Actor and Model, Laycon a Music Star, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu a TV Personality and Reality TV Star Natacha Akide popularly known as Tacha.
Big Brother Naija show started way back in 2016 and aired on DSTV Channel 37. The show lasted for 92 days, started on March 5, 2006, and ended on June 4, 2006.
However, there are requirements that must be met in order to be a part of the show as a contestant or housemate.

BB Naija 2022 is yet to begin as the show is set to be launched on the 23 and 24 of July 2022. The show will be aired on DSTV Channel 198 and GOTV Channel 29 at 7 pm on both nights and will be aired till Sunday, October 3, 2022.
