McLean was imprisoned in 2008 for three and a half years after swindling his way into the house of a mum and overpowering her just before men in masks showed up and invaded the home.
He was said to have conned a real estate agent into the property. Jake was a member of a gang of six at the age of 18.
The rest of the members came into the house with weapons to execute them if they tried to call for help. It is assumed he did only half his sentence.
