The Kirby shampoo system attaches to the front of a Kirby vacuum after the vacuuming head is removed. This attachment cleans by generating foam to apply to the carpet and does not saturate the carpet with water, making it quick and easy to use. Simply so, can you use any shampoo in a Kirby? No. Kirby vacuums can only use a dry foam shampoo. They’re not easy to find, outside of the Kirby brand. I’ve found some before, Franklin Super Carpet and Upholstery Shampoo.Which model of Kirby vacuum is the best?For the money I personally beleive the best buy is the Kirby Gsix.
