Jordan later rose to the position of leader of the Alberta New Democratic Party.

From 1993 to 1998, Peterson rose to prominence as a professor at Harvard University. Peterson investigated aggression caused by substance abuse and ignored many novel thesis proposals. Peterson resurrected the nomination for the Levenson Teaching Prize in 1998. The following year, Jordan Peterson returned to Canada and began working as a full-time professor. His research interests include creativity, religion, ideology, industrial and organizational psychology, and personality psychology. Jordan Peterson wrote over 100 academic papers over the course of his career. Peterson published his autobiography, “Maps of Meaning: The Architecture of Belief,” in 1999. Jordan Peterson took more than 13 years to finish the book, which was a reflection of his upbringing. The book presents a thorough theory on how people construct meanings and create narratives using ideas from various disciplines, including mythology, religion, and psychology.
