Dunsin Oyekan is a prolific Gospel artist, songwriter, producer, and instrumentalist who has authored many hit songs including, “Open Up”, “What God cannot do does not exist” and a host of others. Born in 1984 in Ilorin where he later had his tertiary education in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, it is said that he began to play the guitar under his dad’s tutelage from age 10.
It was also said that his father said prophetically that He could see the dead coming back to life through him when Dunsin was younger. His father, Pastor Gbadebo Oyekan was one of the pioneers of the Pentecostal move in the nation and he was also the leader of “Spiritual Singers”, a music group in Ilorin.
