After he had murdered his victims, Jeffrey said he “had these obsessive desires and thoughts wanting to control them, to possess the bodies permanently. This was revealed during an episode of Inside Edition in the year 1993. The reporter asked if that is why Dahmer killed his victim and he responded saying; “Right, not because I was angry with them, not because I hated them but because I wanted to keep them with me. And as my obsession grew, I was saving body parts such as skulls and skeletons.” After Dahmer’s arrest investigators found a myriad of gruesome evidence in his apartment investigation. They included severed heads in his freezer, human hearts, a whole torso, and human skulls on his computer.
