Born in Los Angeles, California, Morrone is the son of Argentine artists Maximo Morrone and Lucila Polak, better known as Lucila Solá. Morrone can hold his own as an actor.
Morrone’s parents moved to California a few months before he was born, but they divorced in 2006. In 2015, Morrone graduated from Beverly Hills High School. Morrone’s maternal great-grandaunt is the Argentine-British pathologist Julia Polak.
In addition, she had roles in the movies Death Wish and Never Goin’ Back, both of which had their world premieres at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2018.
Morrone’s first cinematic role was in James Franco’s 2013 film Bukowski. She made her acting comeback in the 2018 action picture Death Wish and also appeared in the first film directed by Augustine Frizzell, Never Goin’ Back.
This later film was released by A24 and had its world premiere at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Morrone announced her intention to shift her professional focus from modelling to acting after being cast in Daisy Jones & The Six.
The award for Rising Star Performance was presented to Morrone at the San Diego International Film Festival on October 18, 2019.
