He was the son of photographer Karen Meyers and architect Mark McCormick, and he had an older brother, Miller. His father is Christian, and his mother is Jewish. Despite the fact that he and his brother were raised Jewish, he attended a Catholic elementary school to “ensure a good education and the opportunity to play football and lacrosse.” He later attended Winchester Thurston School and Taylor Allderdice High School.
Miller, a self-taught musician, began playing the piano, guitar, drums, and bass at the age of six. He began rapping at the age of fourteen. He used to want to be a singer.
