Patapaa, an underground Ghanaian musician broke into the music industry with his hit song ‘One Corner’ which became a national sensation going international. Yeah, Nigeria is international.

Since then, the Swedru-based singer has had collaborations with Mr Eazi, Article One, Medikal and Pappy Kojo.

Despite all these collaborations, Kuami Eugene believes Patapaa’s kind of music won’t fit for a collaboration with him.

In an interview on GHOne’s Rythms, Kuami Eugene was asked if Patapaa had contacted him for a collaboration.

“He (Patapaa) said he needs me on a song. He’s calling me for a feature,” Kuame Eugene said.

“And I said no! I’m not ready.”

The ‘Wish Me Well’ singer has almost always come under criticism, not for his music but the way he puts himself out there, mostly his fashion sense. This latest comment is sure to give rise to a new debate as Patapaa’s fans will not take it lightly.
