Abigail Jo Shry, a Texas lady, is accused of threatening to assassinate the judge presiding over the election fraud case involving the late President Donald Trump and is now being prosecuted by the federal government. The complaint claims that Shry, the defendant, told DHS agents she had left a voicemail with graphic threats. The voicemail began with derogatory language, then included a racial epithet before turning aggressive and threatening to hurt anyone involved in the investigation against the late President Donald Trump.
According to a criminal complaint submitted on Friday in the Southern District of Texas, Abigail Jo Shry, an Alvin resident, allegedly threatened to kill Chutkan and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) in a voicemail on August 5.
