Big Brother Naija is set to be back. Africa’s largest reality television show is coming back to our screens this month.
There were few voices protesting the return of the show this year, claiming it will distract Nigerian youths from the 2023 elections but the Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels, MultiChoice Group, Busola Tejumola revealed the show will be returning bigger and better.
The housemates have been expertly selected from 40,000 entries to ensure this season presents the much-needed drama and intrigue to keep viewers glued to their screens.
Is Big Brother Naija Coming Back?
Big Brother season 7 has been slated to start on 23 and July 24, 2022. It will air for 72 days and the winner will be crowned on Sunday, October 3, 2022.
The grand prize is bigger this year and fan favourite “Ninjas” will be back on the show.
It has also been announced there will be no SMS voting this year to ensure viewers from other countries participate in voting for their favourite housemates.
