Is C-Murder Still In Jail?

Miller, who was detained in 2002 in relation to the murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas, was given a life sentence on August 14, 2009. Miller is incarcerated at the Louisiana State Penitentiary completing his sentence.

Miller has consistently defended his innocence, but his attorneys have failed on several occasions to have the conviction overturned. Miller has been given a life sentence in prison and won’t be able to leave unless he can show that the crimes against him were not his fault. His release date has not yet been announced.
