Another well-known production of Mulaney’s is the children’s musical comedic series John Mulaney & the Sack Lunch Bunch, which is available on Netflix.

Mulaney rarely acts in the episodes of the IFC mockumentary series Documentary Now!, but he creates the scripts and co-executes them. Additionally, he supplied Andrew Glouberman’s voice for the Netflix animated comedy series Big Mouth. Mulaney made his acting début as Peter Porker/Spider-Ham in the 2018 animated feature film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
