According to the story surrounding her personality, she was known to have been born as Kane Ota in the Village of Wajiro on the southern side of Kyushu. She is the third daughter and seventh child of her parents who are by the name Kumayoshi and Kuma Ota.
It will interest you to know that her family claimed her actual date of birth was supposed to be on December 1902 but due to some delayed processes, it happened the following year.
